2. Vaping General Questions
50/50 is 50% Propylene Glycol and 50% Vegetable Glycerin.
Max VG is 90%+ Vegetable Glycerin
The higher the percentage of Propylene Glycol (PG) is, the more flavor and throat hit you will get. Best for smaller tanks and cartomizers.
Higher Vegetable Glycerin (VG) levels creates more vapor production and adds a hint of sweetness. Higher vegetable glycerin levels are best used in Subtanks and RDA/RTA devices. They are also more viscous and aren't recommended for smaller tanks.
PG is propylene glycol, a solvent found in many items such as coffee, soda, candy, gels, etc. This helps integrate your nicotine and flavoring into your e-liquid. PG has a stronger throat hit, but may irritate you throat if you have allergies to it.
VG is vegetable glycerin, a humectant found in inhalers, fog machines, etc. This is a thicker liquid mainly used for Sub-ohming devices. The higher the level, the more vapor production.
Most liquids are generally between a 40pg/60vg and 60pg/40vg blend. We have our two levels set at 50/50 to get both properties explained above and use for all tanks as well as our max vg option for more advanced tanks or RDA/RTAs.
Nicotine strengths vary, we carry 0, 3, 6, 12, 18, and 24mg. That means there is a certain percentage of nicotine in each milliliter. With 0mg being no nicotine content at all, 3mg being 0.3%, and so forth.
To find the right level for you, you can follow the guide below.
Not a current smoker = 0mg
Less than 1 pack per day = 3mg-6mg
One pack per day = 12mg-18mg
More than one pack a day = 18mg-24mg
Nicotine levels can be tricky to find the right one for you at first and there may be some trial and error. If you have a sub-ohming device the nicotine level is multiplied so you should account for that in your selection.
The most common nicotine levels for people who are quitting smoking are 12mg-24mg. The side effects that can happen if your nicotine level is too high are nausea, headaches, and stomach pains. If these occur, lower your nicotine mg level.
Many former smokers start with a tobacco flavor to help curb the desire to smoke. However it's important to remember that vaping is not smoking and most of the flavor you get from smoking is inhaling the actual smoke.
There are many options for tobacco flavors, but most people switch from those to a more desirable taste after they fully quit smoking.
E-liquids generally last 1-2 years. After the first year the nicotine content will slowly degrade as well as the flavor may change slightly. We recommend not using any e-liquids that are over 2 years old. They will not be harmful to vape, but the flavor might turn off-putting after that long.
The best way to store your E-liquids is in a dark, cool area with the bottle tightly sealed. If there are children under the age of 18 in your household or pets, we highly recommend you keep them in a locked drawer out of reach.
Some E-liquids will get darker over time, this is due to the nicotine oxidizing, which does not affect your liquids and is normal.
Certain flavors of e-liquid can be thicker and cause coils to burn out faster than others. If you notice this, it might be the flavoring of your liquid.
Our house blend liquids contain USP-grade propylene glycol, USP-grade vegetable glycerin, USP-grade flavoring, pure water, and a high quality nicotine blend (other than 0mg).
We strive for the best ingredients and go through regular testing for quality.
2. Vaping General Questions
Vaping and smoking are very different. Smoking is through combustion which produces smoke that is inhaled. The smoke inhaled from traditional cigarettes contains over 20 known carcinogens that can cause cancer. Vaping eliminates the smoke element by heating up the liquid to where it is mostly water vapor.
Vaping mimics the actions of smoking by inhaling and exhaling vapor. Because there is no smoke, there is also no tar, ashes, or any of the 4,000+ chemicals found in tobacco cigarettes.
Is nicotine dangerous?
No, nicotine in structure is very similar to caffeine, there have been many studies where it shows nicotine is not a dangerous chemical. It is, however, an addicting chemical and we urge anyone who is not currently smoking cigarettes or vaping, to use a 0mg level as to not grow an addiction to nicotine. Nicotine is processed differently in liquid than in cigarettes, the combination of nicotine and 4,000+ other chemicals in cigarettes makes them more addictive than vaping.

Yes, for every single one of our products, you must have a minimum age of 18, 19, or 21 based on your location.
How do I lock my device?
Most devices will lock when you press the firing button 5 times rapidly. You should see a light blink and it won't fire anymore until you press it 5 times again to turn back on.
Liquid is spitting up into my mouth, how can I fix this?
This can be caused by a number of reasons, the most common is that the coil is oversaturated and needs to vaporize the liquid off. You can press the firing button without inhaling to help with this. Another reason could be your coil is loose or needs to be replaced. Other factors could be the consistency of the liquid (PG/VG ratio).
I hear a crackling noise when I press the button, is this normal?
Yes, that is the sound of the coil element heating up and contacting the liquid, some tanks are louder than others. If your device has been sitting for a period longer than one day, you should press the firing button away from your face a couple of times for the coil to break back in.
How do I clean my tank?
The best way to clean the tanks is to disassemble them, remove the coil, and run the tank through warm water and use a q-tip or napkin to clean the remaining residue.
Do I need a new coil when I switch flavors?
No, you can use the same coil, but there will be some of the previous flavor in the first few draws. However that will dissipate as your new flavor saturates the wicks.
When do I need to change coils?
When you get a burnt taste when inhaling. As long as it's properly primed and there is liquid in the tank, you should not taste the burnt flavor until the coil needs to be replaced.
How long do coils last?
That depends on usage, some last 1-3 weeks, while some can last 4-7 days with heavy use.
How do I prime the coil?
You would add liquid to the tank and let it sit, then if your device is a variable voltage, start at a low setting, then continue to take pulls on the device without pressing the firing button until you get a slight taste of the liquid (between 3-8 pulls). If you start the device before it is fully primed, the wicking material can burn if it's not fully saturated.
